Shh!!! They Aren't Listed Yet, But....

I've heard of several possible new listings in old Fairmount coming on in the future.  Just because it's not in the MLS yet doesn't mean the seller isn't willing to sell yet, though...

One is a real gem.  A four bedroom cape in top notch condition and honestly, probably over-improved.  Once it goes on the open market, it's sure to catch a lot of attention.  This might be a good one to try to pick up before it goes into the MLS.  I won't give you my exact price opinion on this one, but it'll be over $100k.

At the other end of the spectrum is an older ranch that's been on the market before.  Bummer it has no basement, and it could use some work to spruce it up.  This one would be a great first time house for someone who's handy, or even a good flip house.  I understand it's been foreclosed on, and I know for a fact several neighbors are interested in buying it.

Third is a cute little bungalow with tons of privacy.  I haven't seen the inside of this one (yet), and I'm not sure what their time frame is, although it would make sense to me if they listed it sooner rather than later.  If they list and sell before winter then they won't have to winterize.  I'm guessing that it's probably going to need some updating inside.  It could be the most adorable cottage with the right landscaping - the kind of house that would draw your eye toward it.

Fourth is a four bedroom raised ranch with a finished family room in the basement and two full baths.  Good size yard is pretty flat, which is always a bonus in Fairmount.  The owner's have been putting some effort into the house recently, and it's looking pretty good.

Last is a colonial.  I believe it's three bedrooms, but I haven't been in it in quite a while and my memory could be faulty.   I understand the owners have been doing a little more than just casual window shopping.
